2024 July Board of Review Meeting Notice

 Soo Township Board of Review will meet on Tuesday July 16th, 2024 at 2:00pm. The meeting will take place at the Soo Township Hall 639 3 ½ Mile Rd, Sault Ste Marie, MI 49783.

The purpose of this meeting is for the Board of Review members to correct any mutual mistake of fact, clerical error & appropriate exemption appeals. NO PROTEST OF ASSESSMENTS MAY BE MADE AT THIS MEETING.

SOO TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS

Notice is hereby given that the Public Accuracy Test for the August 6, 2024 Primary Election has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 17 at 9:00 a.m. at the Soo Township Hall, 639 3½ Mile Road.

The Public Accuracy Test of the Dominion Voting Imagecast System is conducted to demonstrate that the computer programs used to record and count the votes cast at the election meets the requirements of the law.

ATTENTION

Soo Township Residents

At the February Board Meeting a Resolution was passed to change the regular Board Meeting time to 6pm from the current 7pm.  The day of monthly regular Board Meetings will remain the same, the second Wednesday of each month at the Soo Township Hall, 639 3 1/2 Mile Road.  The next board meeting will be on March 13, 2024 at 6 pm.  Any questions please contact 906-630-0674.
